Eric was very good, but the website to check for vehicles updates could be easier to use. Like for example when it was asking if I wanted to change the air filter, it wasn’t clear on the website about it being an offer to change the air filter.

It took 3 wks to arrive at "you need an engine". Really? I called several times, with no return calls. I was charged $600 for something I didn't need. No one has explained why I need an engine for what is an intermittent problem. I suggested checking fuel filter; didn't happen. I was waiting for, "we can't figure it out; you might want to check out the Ford dealership".
I wouldn't come back for an oil change! Very unprofessional.

Aldo Gallegos and George helped me out a ton and were very efficient and professional and made me feel like a vip guest. I think these two should get raises or appreciation for their work and quickness. Made my whole vehicle maintenance and check up feel easy and quick. Shout out to those two good people.
