Aldo provided great customer service and care. Everytime I called him he was aware of my car and my situation and provided assistance and assurance everytime I asked a question. Great worker and would come back to service my car at Kia Covina to work with him again.

It was extremely difficult to get an appointment for oil change. My heater doesn’t work correctly and I am told I must leave my car for 5 days just to get diagnosed. I need my car on a daily basis. No loaner car can be provided. What are my options?
The day of the appointment went well. Greeted and treated good. He said about 3-4 hours and he was correct. Picked up car as promised.

I had a great experience at the Kia dealership. The entire process was well-organized, from reception to service communication, and everything ran smoothly. The staff were patient, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident and at ease. Overall, the service was professional, efficient, and friendly. I’m very satisfied with the experience and would definitely return in the future. I would also recommend this dealership to my friends.
