Alejandro was a very little assistance.
Once I got past your AI phone system which is totally inadequate I was blessed to be connected with Adam your service manager and thanks to his diligence and assistance got my issues with my vehicle hopefully resolved the near future will tell whether the fixed sticks or not also when I picked my vehicle up it was Adam's day off and Eric was exceptionally helpful and made the completion of picking up the vehicle seamless and help me with the possibility of finding another vehicle at the dealer ship
Omar and sales was also extremely helpful from the first time I called the sales department
Adam swaim was truly a saving grace at the at the dealership especially with the issues with your AI phone system he gave me a number so I could directly contact him to try to get the situation resolved and is a tremendous asset to your dealership.

According to the text I received to verify my
appointment for service, it was set for 11:00 AM. So I expected it to be. I received a letter from KIA mentioning a recall on security issues. I presented to the service writer. After 21/2 hours I was told my car was ready. My receipt said my charge was 00. I asked why. I was told it was for recall program. So service was not done. An hour later service was completed. Charge $231. Made more sense. Verification was set for service did not mention recall. Hope something was learned by this for service writer. However, I did learn the 2/12 hours I usually wait for regular service can be accomplished in less than half. The techs do a good job. I’ll be back. I said this to service manager.

I initially scheduled a 75,000 mile maintenance, service, which I did not get completed, and secondary would be addressing the recalls on my 2022 kia Telluride. Most of the recalls were addressed. The 75,000mi service was not done at all. I was told to reschedule for the service and to address the recalls that were not completed. The paper work I was given had a car wash voucher on it, signed by the service manager, yet my vehicle was returned to me without being washed. It was not an ideal experience
