Eric was awesome. He was very understanding and he took his time to explain the details of my repair. He also took his time and answered all of my questions and I had plenty of questions. The technician assigned to my car was also great as he assisted with answering, my questions this was by far my best experience getting my car serviced at any Kia dealership. Thanks

Katie is always cheerful and customer-focused! I mistakenly arrived 4 hours late for my appointment but she quickly offered to try to accommodate me. Conferring with a mechanic, she did just that. I have never had a bad experience with your service department.
