Kia My Service

My visit 3xs in 1 week. First I was scheduled, then it was different on their end to my text/email Second time I was there for 4 1/2 hours, a complimentary oil change, software update on my alarm, and a noise from the front right side. I left, then realized my alarm wasn’t working, then almost got in car accident because my wipers weren’t working, and the house was still there. Also, I brought my car on looking cleaner on outside, that my fiancé waxed , I got it just sprayed and wet. Brought it again on next day, was there for 2 1/2 hours, everything finally got fixed I really shouldn’t have left the second tone like that at all. Not happy with the mechanics before The manager Kristen was great, the girls, Torey, and Dominique were great as well. My mechanic that finally fixed everything was Josh, excellent!! Meddled to say me experience was not great.

Service was great and Matthew was great as well.

I asked if they could look at my trunk to see why it won’t open. He said I’d have to leave my car for a few days and they can’t do it today.

She was extremely knowledgeable about her work friendly attitude and lots of smiles great attitude ????

Kept me informed about the service being preformed. Very soft spoken and friendly. Enjoyed your service area and the fresh cookies.

Torey was great to work with as usual and I was so thankful they squeezed me in on Thursday as I had a trip with the car on Friday. Thank you!!!

The oil change took 2 hours When I walked to my Kia I noticed it hadn't been washed so I asked for it to be washed.

Torey was very friendly and courteous. She explained all the work performed as well as the results of the inspection afterwards. The whole maintenance experience was very good

Matt Park provided excellent customer service. He was polite, friendly, and responsive.

After getting assurances that my car would be done by closing if I arrived on time, and after driving almost an hour in rush hour traffic, I was told nonchalantly that they’d need to keep my car overnight, which was not a possibility, seeing as how it’s far from home and I have to work tomorrow. All of this after trying for 2 years to get an appt during a vacation. I’m excessively displeased.
