I left a voicemail to Katie as well as a reply text asking her if they had a car available for me. She never returned my call or my text. The least she could have done was call me to let me know there was no cars available for rental. So since she didnt return my call or give me a consideration call to let me know there was no rentals, i had to go to Matt Blatt Kia and wait to be told that she couldnt do anything for me. I had made this appointment about a week and a half ago and was told by Katie that there would be a rental vehicle for me. Which there wasnt so i could not leave my car overnight to be serviced because i work nights and had to rearrange my previous appointments to go to Kia. I am extremely frustrated and dissapointed in the lack of consideration and help as i just purchased this vehicle and i feel like im not being helped as best as i could. This is the last time i purchase anything from Matt Blatt kia.

I went to pick up my car on Saturday, July 9, 2023 and I get in the car to start it up and my car did not start my car was not fixed it was still having the same problem that I brought it in for so I left it there for the mechanic to look at on Monday. Let’s hope they can fix it on Monday because the car has been there for two weeks on Tuesday.
