Dominique was an excellent communicator. She called me twice just to keep me updated. She is also well spoken, intelligent, and very knowledgeable about service issues. I had some questions regarding services needed and she answered all of them. It was nice dealing with a professional. Dominique was great.

Rich, the mechanic was very informative, Eric, the shuttle driver was very friendly & Dominique was also very polite & friendly. I am concerned that the engine was burning oil & I am not totally confident that the compression cleaning will solve the problem.

It’s seems as though my settings were not put back as I had them and my Bluetooth for phone was disconnected. I was not advised of these changes or asked if they needed to be put back.

Has it changed but I could only deal with one person which was Mike. He is awesome but doing to many things at one time!!! My car was ready a lot longer than what was said. I know this because my car was already parked somewhere else. Who ever is available should be able to help so people don’t have to wait for Mike in his many multiple things he is doing. Was not 100% happy yesterday.

It’s rare these days when a company goes out of their way to deliver a satisfying customer experience. So, I felt it appropriate to call her out.
I needed to have my wife’s 2022 EV6 routine 20,000-mile service performed. There were more updates needed than expected, so it was going to take longer than reasonable to sit and wait. The Service Advisor – Dominique Frontiero recognized my pain and jumped all over finding a solution. The whole time she was helping, she made me feel important and valued as a customer.
