He did a great job informing me about the status of repairs throughout the day and arranged transportation to my home and back to pick up my vehicle. All repairs in one day. All staff were very helpful including the drivers.

Always pleased with the service. I went to the Vineland dealership to get an oil change and they told me it would be a 2 week wait. And with never an appointment in EHT I always get quit service.

Took my car in at 10 for an appointment that should have taken 2 - 2 1/2 hours, I waited 1 1/2 hours for a ride and my car wasn’t ready until 2:40 in the afternoon. Wait times unacceptable. Had no contact with Liza

The only thing I would really like is, my car is about a little over 3 years old and have requested the back top part of my back hatch back door is color faded and I have requested, if still under warranty that it be pained or replaced.

After I received my car and went home I noticed a new stain on the upholstery on the driver side. It seems to be an oil smudge.

I wasn’t satisfied because I took my car at 10:30 and I was supposed to pick it up 4:30. They said they would give me a call when it was ready but I never got the call. I waited and waited, at 6 I decided to go to the dealership but when I arrived nobody from the service was there. I never got any information about my vehicle. Someone from the office just gave me the keys & told me to take my car. To make matters worse they gave me back my car super dirty. I still have yet to receive a call from them.
