Katie was very understanding. What was a horrible day that could have been so much worse had I been on the parkway north, after cleaning up the abundant amount of oil from my engine with brake clean and power washing from the prior week. She took the time to throughly have my vehicle checked out to make certain that the replaced seal did not leak and all the components that had been wet from the cleaning causing misfires and a wet engine and wires. She had a loaner available for me. And had Steve the tech talk about the issues that he and Jesus had discussed. So having my van back and running properly is great. I appreciate the fact that techs are kia certified and even staying later than their shift to try and rectify the gasket cover and oil and smoke. The oil had spewed out and the belt deteriorated. So, I’m glad that what I thought was a blown engine. Turned out to be soaked spark plugs, wires and coil. I think they were replaced and oil as well because the engine was wet from power wash. Thank you Katie, Steve and Jesus.

They didn’t do anything to my car because the person who help said that I need to left the car for 13 days that wasn’t told to me before I drove 40 miles and this car we use it for work I thought that you guys were going to offer a free rental but that didn’t happen either all they have to do was an oil consumption test
