Dominique’s service was outstanding!! She took my stressful situation and went above and beyond to help me get into a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was in for a new motor. I’m grateful to Dominique for answering all of my questions about repairs and fees and getting me a loaner asap! That meant so much to me as an active mother of 3!!! I’m also very amazed at Kia for repairing my vehicle and the coverages that was offered. I’ve dealt with many other dealerships in the past and nothing compares to Matt Blatt Kia of Egg Harbor! Within the next 6 months our family will be shopping for an additional vehicle and I’m set on going to Matt Blatt Kia of EHT because of their exceptional costumer service!! Thank you all so much! Muy mala esperiencia con este servicio. Desde el principio se nos dijo que ahí no es parking y no podíamos dejar nuestro carro.
Nos tuvieron con mentiras acerca de problema… tuvimos que rentar carro, pues no se nos proporcionó ninguno.
Al final tuvimos que comprar un carro usado pues no podíamos esperar más
Sin carro no se puede ir a trabajar
No creo volver a comprar con Kia ni recomendarlo a familia ni amigos.
La reparación fue carísima ! Casi 2.000 dlls.
