Eric was very helpful and informative but I was hoping KIA would fix the catalytic converter that they replaced 20k miles ago after keeping my car for almost 3 weeks.Other than that Eric helped me out as best as he could but apparently the district manager makes the warranty decisions.

I don’t need anyone to contact me the original owner of this Kia dealership. Customer service was awesome now with the new owner. Everything that they do is just so unsatisfactory as a customer I will never ever step into this dealership or buy another vehicle from your folks ever again.

Emilio was a 10 who definitely made me feel taken care of. He made sure service proceeded as quickly as possible. Definitely a 10/10 service. Only critique is I had to wait at the end for my keys for 20 minutes when my car was already parked and waiting.

They were supposed to flush the transmission and they didn’t. They didn’t replace the undercover back underneath the car. I had reminded Jose and two other people that it was in the trunk. Jose said he forgot to tell them to put it back on, that I would have to bring it back. So I took it somewhere else to do the transmission and replace the undercover. They had mentioned the car needed a brake job, but I just took it somewhere else to get that done. I thought they always wash the cars when you pick them up, but our car was filthy.
