My total experience at the Covina Lisa was amazing. From the time I drive up I was helped by a guy who got me to check in with another person. I was given a ticket and sent inside where I waited to be seen by George. George was busy with another guest so I spoke with another guy and finished with George. Everything was cordial and professional the entire time. I will definitely be back

Wasted several hours of my time due to lack of basic communication from service department. They established that I would need a diagnostic with in twenty minutes. They allowed me to wait nearly three hours without touching my car. To inform that I will not be able to get a diagnosis anytime soon. I do not plan on coming back.

The service writers are under staffed. There was only one service writer available while 3 customers were waiting. The sales and finance department seemed to have plenty of people. Shows what is the priority at this dealership

Emilio was very helpful and informative. A total delight to work with. The only issue I had was getting home I checked the oil level as I’m almost due for oil seevice and noticed my vehicle was nearly a quart down. I’m losing roughly 1qt about every 1,000 miles. I brought this to the attention of the prior dealer Alhambra Kia and nothing came of it.

George was extremely helpful. I needed an oil change before a road trip, and another Kia dealership turned me away even though I had an appointment. I ended up going to Covina Kia at the last minute, and everyone there was very helpful. George took the time to explain my maintenance report to me, which I really appreciated.

Your guy wanted to keep my car for five days without giving me a loaner. In that case, your dealership should at least give me credit on my payment for those five days. His reason was a weak reason like it was my fault. Y'all left a bad taste in my mouth. Never again will I purchase a vehicle from Kia, and belive me, I will tell my friends and family!
