A week plus wait for a code reset and test drive. Dropped my car off on 11/20 and received it on 11/29. Reading your reviews I realize your company thinks a 9 day service turn around is good but your customers have lives and transportation is a must. Minus the holiday it is still 7 days and this is an insult since I had to wait 1 month and 1/2 to schedule the service. Plus charged $200.00. You upcharge and your service ****.

Ms. Hunt helped my wife and me with a service appointment for our 2017 Sorento. Everyone at Covina Kia was very friendly and helpful. It was our first encounter with Lexi and we couldn’t have been more impressed. She was so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Without a doubt, one of the most valuable employees any company could have, and one of the finest young ladies we’ve ever met.

I’m not happy with being forced to take my vehicle to another dealership or wait a week and a half for an appt when my vehicle was having engine issues. Then being told to either pay the other dealership to fix it or drive it back to you who all the sudden had an available appt the next day. Then I asked for it to be documented in my paperwork that the oil gasket and housing was damaged during my previous oil change done by your dealership and that’s why I was having issues and it wasn’t put on the paperwork. “Worn” was put on there. That’s untrue.

I think you need to ask to the costumers first if they have the plan that covers for the service because some workers talk to the costumers in not a good way or courteous.

I received one email at 3:00 stating they did not forget me. I replied asking for an estimate of time for work to be completed, there was no reply. The next communication I received was at noon when my car was ready.

Lifetime Kia has the best service department imaginable.
I am 70 years old and have been servicing my cars at the dealerships for all my vehicles for the past 54 years.
I have never been this impressed with any dealership’s service department.
They are courteous, professional, and delightful to do business with.
