Had an appointment for recall which I made 2 weeks ago. Took vehicle in and was called 45 minutes later and told part needed to be ordered. What a joke!

The service was great and although I had to wait about 3 hours, I didn’t mind due to the fact that refreshments, snacks, and movie were at my disposal to pass time. There was transportation service available in case I didn’t want to wait at the dealership, which I think is great. My car got the maintenance that it needed plus they even washed my car which I appreciate very much.

Switch was put in wrong 2 months ago. They were nice but it was there fault cost me time and money

Very friendly, warm and welcoming. Attentive and knowledge. Dominique follows up and briefed service in detail. She is part of the reason I travel the 40 min. I recommend her foe a service award.

Torey is a great example of how a Kia service representation should provide service. Torey is very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. I was very happy that she was my service person. I look forward to seeing her when I come in to have my car serviced. She is so helpful and I know everything will go smoothly whenever she is there. Give that girl a raise!!!!
