The service writer was extremely nice and knowledgeable, but I just thought the price of the oil change was high and it went up from the last time that I was there and I didn’t even get a tire rotation and charging 299 for windshield washer fluid, which I think should’ve been included

EMILY WAS GREAT. IT IS THE PRICE TO FIX MY BRAKES THAT GAVE ME A HEART ATTACK. WILL BE a while before I can get them fixed.

The problem was not having the parts in stock to fix the recalls. This means scheduling another service. I’m not even sure I will be notified when the parts come in

Very satisfied with service and attention while waiting for car. Love my basic Kia and service I receive. I'm 81 yrs old, don't drive much anymore, and plan on keeping it.
