You continue to exceed my expectations when I come in for service on my 2023 Telluride. I am always immediately met with a friendly smile and you take my car in immediately and begin work on it. The waiting room is cozy and comfortable where I enjoy relaxing until my car is ready. I get my car back spotlessly cleaned inside and out, work is complete and my car and I are once again thankful that we chose KIA.

I think you should offer more options than “completely satisfied”. A scale of 1-10 or perhaps option of dissatisfied-neither satisfied nor dissatisfied-somewhat satisfied- completely satisfied would give a more accurate picture overall.
Was I satisfied? Yes. Completely Satisfied? Mmm ???? maybe a 7 out of 10

Matt was very communicative throughout the whole process. Very knowledgeable about what the issues were and how to resolve them. I definitely thank you Matt for helping me take care of my EV6. Would definitely recommend him.
