No the oil filter leaked because it was not installed properly. I had to have the care toad. The communication was terrible about the car status all day. Finally Katie and Torey got it fixed . I lost a whole day without my car. Then had to clean up the mess of oil in my garage. The person who tried to install the oil filter is not competent to work on cars.

Thank you for the great service Matt. I stupidly forgot to mention a problem I’ve had with the light switch for at least a year or so. Put very simply, when the lights are fully in the off position they are staying on. When they are on auto they work fine and turn off normally. If you can contact me to arrange a booking to have this looked at I’d much appreciate it. Kind regards, Nick J

Emily did nothing wrong. The Jeep I just purchased from Matt Blatt Kia has a turning off issue. I was told that if they cannot replicate the issue at the dealership, there is not much that can be done. I was sold a vehicle that potentially has a serious issue. This has to be fixed. It does not happen every time the vehicle turns on. I waited at the service station for 3 hours and all that was done was a bulb was ordered and my breaks were looked at.
