This Kia dealership has the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’m not a complainer, but people need to know how bad they treat customers. This is the worst service I have ever had not just in cars but in any aspect in life. The service writer told me I had to leave my vehicle there for a week before they could isolate the trouble even though I waited a week for an appointment. After 4 days I call the service writer she tells me after I called for a loaner car that work will be done in a week and that it was not covered under warranty and I would not eligible for a loaner car. This is after I called previously and was told it was under warranty and she would get me a loaner car. I had called twice and was told there were no cars available. I called a week later and was told she was no longer working at that location. And that the maintenance was not even started because they were waiting for an hose. Desperate for a car I called and got the part number from the service writer and located with an easy phone at Pomona Kia and Downtown Kia . I asked how long this repair would take them and they both replied one day! It took a week and a half for the parts to come in on what other dealers told me was a routine repair that would’ve taken them one day. It obvious to me that I was lied to repeatedly. The customer service was terrible to the very End , I waited 2 hours for a shuttle until I finally gave up! waiting for a shuttle was terrible. This Kia dealership has made me make the decision that I will never buy another Kia again ! on top of that. I feel sorry for anyone else who has to get work done there ! Please excuse my grammar mistakes and spelling I frustrated and on my phone.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Always informs you of what was done to your vehicle. Service is always done on a very timely manner.
