I was told multiple times different answer to same question. When I would call i was always told Lexi would call back in 15 minutes she never once did.Told the car would be ready within 1 2 weeks yet it took over 6 weeks.Told that warranty was going to cover it then it wasn't then again warranty would pay for parts not labor. Told I would be eligible for courtesy car then given excuses why it would not be covered "yet". I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. I was completely dissatisfied with the service I received.

Emily was fantastic kept me updated on my car with texts and calls she is a asset to your company also Chuck the mechanic such a nice man I was told by his co workers he is the best and they let him service their cars he was informative and it meant so much as a female and older I have no clue about cars Egg Harbor Kia the best and also a shout out to Katie ????
