I was very disappointed with Matt blatt Kia this time. I understand that they were short handed and very busy, but my inability to actually speak to a representative this time was extremely annoying. I was only able to talk with an automated rep and was disappointed. Finally, I reached a rep and was told they were too busy to work on my car until next week! Not even knowing what the problem was, although I suspected it was a battery failure. Katie, the manager, called me back quickly and was extremely professional and helpful. She had the battery checked, I okayed a new one, and my car was ready in an hour after our actual discussion! This is what I expect when I bring my car in for service at Kia. I had to make quite a few calls to finally get a person that was friendly and professional, after dealing with cold, uninformative reps before this.

Matt is a very responsible and knowledgeable person. I should deal with him at the first place. To be honest, I almost give it up when I brought my car in for service the first time. Long story short, keep up the good work. You deserved a five stars.????

Emily called me yesterday afternoon and advised me what had been found out about my vehicle and if I wanted all the issues we discussed taken care of. The service provided was as I always had in the past and was exceptional. There was an issue this morning when I picked my vehicle up, with the locking with the key fob as well as the key. Also I found it odd that the warning sound that occurs when the key is left in the ignition and the headlights on was operating even though none of those were occurring. Issue is being looked into as we speak.

The first service on my Kia Sportage was handled efficiently and professionally. I was treated as a valued customer. Scheduling appointments online is a feature which I appreciate, as well as reminder notifications. The comfortable customer lounge was a “plus.”
