Emily is always so pleasant and helpful. Everyone I encountered was kind and professional from the staff greeting me coming in to Emily to the staff that was able to transport me to and from my home.

Took way too long. Showed up at 10am told her I would go to BJs and come back at 12. Came back at 12 and for some reason she told them to not work on it until 12. Then waited close to another 4 hours. She told me it will be done by 3pm. 3:30 came and not done. When I looked out the garage window she was sitting with the mechanic who was working on my car. I’m waiting all this time and she’s keeping him from working on my car by bullshitting with him. No apologies or anything

Matt Park provided a very excellent customer service and experience. He is always with a big smile greeting the customers and provided an up date on anything the mechanic finds while servicing the vehicle. It’s incredible to see the amount of teamwork in play with the service team from communications between him, the mechanic working on the vehicle, shuttle drivers, and other peers. I’m impressed with the excellence and professionalism he provided.

The friendly service exceeded my expectations. While I purchased my vehicle elsewhere, this will be the dealership I trust for all my needs. Also, the service on my Niro was completed sooner than estimated. Thank you Kia of Covina Valley!!

I really had no intention of buying a new car but I hope it was the right decision I know they were backed up but this was the second time I’m three weeks my Kia Soul was towed there the first due to rodents getting under hood the experience I had getting there was terrifieing it would have been nice if they just popped the hood just to see if the second time it was the same problem I would still hope they will let me know what was the problem that in only 3 weeks and putting out $885.00 it happened again
