Young Mr Vazquez was respectful and prompt he was so professional I didn't mind and barely noticed the was up selling me for other services heck if I had the money he would have talked me into extra services I don't drive much so I only go twice a year but you guys raise the bar every year

I was 100 0/0 satisfied with ToreyTroilo. I have owned and had service done on many new cars. I have never had the experience I had with Torey! She took the time to answer all of my questions and never rushed me or seemed annoyed with me. She gave the time and attention that I felt I needed to have all of my questions and concerns answered! Due to the way Torey treated me and took her time with me, I will be coming to Matt Blatt Kia for any and everything I will need in the future. She has won you a customer for the future!!

I appreciate that Matt took the time to listen to me explain the issues I was having with my car. He also double checked when I drew extra concern regarding a part that I thought was the incorrect one. He also explained to me what type of test would be done and provide further information as to the expectations this test would provide. THANK YOU MATT!
