Carl was really nice and helpful. However, I paid for a minor service which includes tire rotation. I don’t believe the tire rotation was completed. I know this because I have 2 different brands of tires, the newer ones are in the front and are still in the front. Also, my e-brake is not engaging and to have to wait weeks for a diagnostic and to be without a vehicle and not offered a loaner vehicle to use while my car is waiting is unacceptable.

Everyone was extremely nice and professional. I am very pleased and Matt Park is an asset to Kia.i never take my car to any service except KIA and never will. I am disabled at this time and was treated accordingly. THANK YOU

It was the worst experience ever, my appointment was at 11;00 o’clock, just for oil change, I had to wait until 3:30 for car to give me back . This is really bad service, I hope anyone else have this experience. I’m very disappointed.
