George was kind and helpful. My only issue was with the fact that my car issue covered by warranty and part was available but approval is needed. Was told could be hours or days…. This day and age a simple call should verify approval. I drive about an hour and a half and it’s unacceptable to then have to come back when it could if got done while I was there.

I don’t like being bamboozled. The only reason I brought my car in for service was due to a recall notice. Nothing more. When I went to pick up my vehicle the service techs states that my check engine light was on, I asked why and he stated it was on when I brought it in. (Confused) I replied no it wasn’t, he proceeded to tell me that the techs do a 14point inspection off top, and I stated that was fine but that light wasn’t on the only light that was on was the tire light which is also yellow, and I showed a picture from the night before. Either that tech doesn’t know the difference between the two or he’s marking stuff to mark them. Then they proceed to tell me that I need front & rear brakes, I replied hmm that’s strange because I just replaced my front brakes 3 weeks ago. The the appointment guy says he will get the coder and see why my engine light is on and proceeds to tell me everything it’s not and not what they replaced then says he’ll talk to his manager. He asks me later if I can bring my car in the next day to see why the light is on. I agree then get in my car to find no lights of any kind except the brake light because it was engaged on. Imagine my surprise. This is the very reason why I stopped coming to this Service Center. Because the last time I came (maybe 7 yrs ago) I brought my car in for a seatbelt recall and when I came to pick up my vehicle I notice my Bass speaker in the trunk was not Bassing. So I opened the trunk to find my speaker disconnected and the amp hanging by one screw and when I addressed it when the service tech he had some unintelligible remark.

Took car in early Friday evening for appointment at 7:30am Saturday morning, Carl was able to get my car worked on and got it back to me that evening by 7pm
I was a happy camper indeed

There was a bit of a mix up but the rep was able to take care of us so I would say the service recovery was great. Probably one of the better experiences I’ve had at Covina valley Kia

I was pleased that your dealership could get me an appointment in a timely manner . I was denied an appointment any time in the near future by a dealership close to my home.
I really appreciate the good communication from Eric and your staff.
Your receptionist was very kind when I picked up my car. I was seated with my two granddaughters and she timed the tv to Tangled , a kids movie.
