Tryed to sell me on engine performance oil treatment to remove carbon from engine. I called Kia Corp. They looked it up and "Stated that type of treatment is recommended if engine is using oil and vehicle must be left overnight." The vehicle only has 14700 miles. Left finger prints on hood.

Job well done, very satisfied with customer service rep Matt, only issue is my appointment was for 1:00PM yet my car wasn’t ready until 4:30 wait time way to long for an oil change. 2nd issue is excessive oil consumption need to add a quart of oil every 350 miles. Car does not smoke or leak oil.

I went in for service, my wheels have locks, and for the second time in a row the mechanic or whoever rotates the tires was not able to figure out how to rotate my tires!!! Even after i clearly explained to George Arroyo that one lug nut has the lock and the rest are regular lug nuts. I told George to make a note! They come back and tell me the lug nuts are warped. The guys in the shop are supposed to be trained professionals! Right! How can this not be figured out!!! 1 time understandable, ok but 2 times and with directions! Is it because I already paid off my note to Kia, I don’t deserve the same service as customers who are still making payments!
