Take too long, My car stay at your shop 10 days and nobody touch. After I did a call your manager and the next day start fixing my car. I need pay the rental a car to work every day. Only four days you’re fixing my car. Why take it too long?I called and texted, no one pick up the phone until transferred to manager.. I will not go to your shop anymore

Somehow the lifetime/accumulated MPG was reset so I don't see my average MPG over the 25k miles I have put on the car anymore which kinda **** but not the biggest deal.

They have me book in appointment which they could not get my car in like 2 weeks then I take it in and when I call a week later they tell me my car isn’t going to be seen until another week this as a consumer is not right

Everyone we came in contact with was polite and helpful. Everything was explained fully.
Eric was also very helpful when we first came into the service office.
Overall we were very impressed with the staff.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. I brought it in due to recalls and they found out there was one more recall I needed to have done. Great place I bought my car from there. Excellent service.

I would have liked to have more communication about the status of my vehicle. I understand you guys were extremely busy, but I was told it should be ready by 5pm. At 410pm I had to call to get a status and was told my car was still waiting to get serviced and it would be closer to 6pm by a different service provider who was attemptingto help get me an answer. Called again closer to 6 and was told "oh yeah it is actually ready", yet I got to the dealership and my car was 6th in line to get washed. I don't mind that it was a busy day, but if I had been contacted at least once to be told about the delay, I could have planned for it.

Michael was very friendly and knew what I needed. And he also could see I had a maintenance plan so I didn't have to have card out for him. I appreciate that.
