Worst communication I’ve experienced with a dealership and its team. I just don’t think anyone should have to continuously call to get updated about the car’s situation, having to wait and me be responsible to keep calling back as no one ever got back to me.

George went above and beyond. From the time he checked the vehicle in until he checked it out.
Considering there was an error on the system regarding the model of my company car, he was able to correct it.
George was courteous, he made sure that customers are treated well and leave the dealership happy.

Eric has to be your best contact with the public. He’s thorough, polite, knowledgeable, cooperative twice all of the above. I have spoken to his supervisor about him several times of course all of your men are good, but Eric is outstanding. Thank you so much Eric for your competency and explaining all of my needs for my car. I have now done everything you recommended and I am super super happy I love coming to Kia. You’re all very kind. I was having a problem getting my vehicle serviced due to some problems you guys are constantly having with your wi fi service. I was considering going to another dealership for service. But Jose made sure I was taken of and that my recall was taken care of. So thank you to him.
