Kia My Service

Everything was great and probably the fastest service I’ve ever received! I only bring my Kia to you guys and I will continue doing so based on the level of service you continue to provide.

I brought in a functional vehicle and was returned a non functioning vehicle. You told me to bring it back in to see what could be done and basically just wasted 2 months of my time and money to tell me there's nothing you can do.

Jose had my vehicle done earlier then expected and was very efficient on communicating with me that the fixtures were covered by the warranty and also when I could pick up my vehicle. Thank you Jose

Great service! Erick was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and he answered all my questions. I left Kia satisfied with his service.

Came in with my vehicle not starting 100% of the time, they came back with saying that it’s the battery. I had aaa test my battery I bought from them less than a year ago and they explained that the battery is good. I got home and yet again the problem happened again!! I called and asked if they checked the alternator and they said “no we will not check it with a good batttery.” I am still under warranty and explained that my vehicle is still having the start up problem. They said they will not get me in for another 4 days. I do work so I need a vehicle to get from point a to point b. When I asked Aldo the first time if I could get a rental car, he said “ we don’t do rentals anymore, you can go to enterprise down the street.” So went to enterprise and looked into it. I called the operator for Kia and asked the same question. She explained “ yes we do offer rental vehicles but we don’t have any available but we could put you on the list.” So went back to Aldo and asked if I could be put on the list and he explained “I can’t unless you are going work on your vehicle.” I’ve been without a vehicle for almost 2 weeks now and now have to wait another week without a vehicle for work. It’s not my fault that your technician didn’t check everything possible to find the issue with my car not starting. Even when I called back after I just left the dealership within 30 minutes and stating my car is not starting, they said there is nothing they could do until Tuesday. This is unacceptable as I took my vehicle in to have your technicians to find out why my car wasn’t starting and they were unable to find out why, by not testing everything possible option. Now I am without a vehicle for another week to get to work. Hopefully they are able to find out what’s going on with my car!

George got my car back same night. He really went above & beyond.

Emilio was amazing! I rarely brag about an experience, but he truly made my day with his detailed information and explanation of what was done to my vehicle. Customer service is a very important thing. He nailed it. Thank you.

Emilio was great. He provided excellent customer service and took his time explaining what the issue was with my car and that they were able to correct it. I didn’t feel rushed at all considering it was about 5-10mins to closing. He’s definitely the type of employee/ advisor that makes you want to bring your car back knowing the experience will be good.

Service was great, however your service advisers were not. I had to walk inside to check in. I was waiting there for someone to make eye contact with me. With the two that were there there was none. Into Eric Perez made contact with me from his office. Thanks again Eric.

No need to call me back. I went there hoping to get my card serviced. Check in and was told to wait a couple of hours. After I waited for almost two hours. After that George came over and told me that my car was not serviced. I need to take it back some other day for inspection. I like to remark that George give me a good service. And I appreciate it. I also spoke with Jesus the technician and he was professional and courteous. I feel disappointed that Everytime I came to your dealer for service or parts. It's not possible to take care of my car needs. I have called in the past asking for Parts department. And asked me to leave my phone number and email. After that I get bombarded with calls and text messages. Asking me to talk to a sales representative. No mention about my parts inquiry at all. There's room for improvement in that area. I called Pomona Kia Parts department and actually answer the phone. Tells me if they had the part, price and more... Have a great day!

I am client for many years off Kia at Cerritos, I am very confident the service with Aldo Gallegos he is very professional with his work so I fallow him. I like to feel confident with my car who going to fixed. Thank you to Aldo Gallegos.

Emilio was extremely helpful, made me feel welcome and helped me right away, and had good energy that I’m going to go make my appointment there for my vehicle. But over all my car was great. Thank you to the workers and especially with Emilio.

George is awesome. He really took care of me and made me feel so happy to come get my car serviced here. Smoothest and fastest service I’ve gotten so far compared to the other Kia’s.
