Samuel Tung was very helpful! He explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Anytime there was a change, he notified me and explained what would be different. He even brought me some snacks while I waited and gave me a great recommendation for nearby food! 5 stars for Samuel!!

I arrived at your service center without an appointment. My left front low beam headlight was not working . John helped me right away, found a replacement bulb and even installed it for me. Everyone is always very professional when I bring my crv for service .

Everything about my visit went great so happy with the customer service I received at the front desk with Jayden he was very attentive. I was a little disappointed that when I got my car returned to me the car was not washed would be my only complaint I’ve always received a wash when getting my car serviced. Other than that super happy with overall experience
