Very helpful and kind and didn’t guilt me that I didn’t get all the recommendations done that day .
I debated bringing my car there or taking it to my local tech due to past experiences . I even recommended a different tech who was awesome the last time, but he was not available. I am thankful that it turned out to be a positive experience or I would not be bringing it back as some of the last experiences have not been great, and I have been a loyal customer over many years and many Hondas!

If Ford cannot fix my problem why do you have a maintenance department. Norm Reeves gives me a run around like I do not know what's happening with my own vehicle. I'm getting pretty disgruntled with this company.

Francisco Bretado and his support team showed outstanding customer service professionalism by listening intently, addressing all my concerns regarding my car issues and then going beyond the call of duty with their compassion when I left my purse and garage door opener behind and had to coordinate with Jamieson & Nick at Hertz Rental to retrieve my lost and left items at the dealership. They all earned my forever gratitude and deserve the highest form of recognition! Thank you all forever!

I received my car back with my ac still not blowing cold air when I went in to have it fixed and a few minutes after leaving my tire pressure light came on saying it had low tire pressure. Then I was told to bring it back in to check on the ac.

Trevor was a big help during my visit at Honda Cerritos. He was very kind and welcoming, his service was present and not transactional. I appreciated being talked to as a person and not just “another client”, he asked how my day was going and was very professional. Trevor was also very informative with questions I had. My next visit I will make sure to ask for his help again.
