Only negative- you were putting cars offsite-took almost 60 minutes to get it- you put a warning in your msg but not loud enough!!

FYI Ram is the reason I only come to you guys now. Other Hondas didn't really get the job done so I drive from Rancho to you. Ram is clear and smooth with communication. Professional and fast with service. Overall great guy. Give the man a raise!!

Had an appointment at 9:15am. Took my 2025 4runner for maintenance and to check squeaky breaks again. Brake parts have already been replaced 2 months. I got a text from advisor that vehicle was ready at 4:45pm , got there at around 5:10pm. Advisor had already left when I picked up my vehicle. Only received repair notes but nothing was explained about my brakes except for a note that states that a case was opened and is under investigation. No follow up guidance or further information on the next steps given. Not very gold star service.

My car isn’t a hybrid and it done all the warnings like electrical module was faulty, but they said it was just in the steering wheel and they fixed that. I hope it doesn’t happen again. It was so spooky cause lost all power steering and it went red on my dashboard and too quickly go to the dealer And get fixed that it could cause an accident no when come to a stop it does not get the engine to stop so which is fine I don’t mind because I hated that for the ignition to get overused of turning on and off, but I hope it didn’t affect anything else
