Your coupons are deceiving. They say 1 thing but when you get there, your given some BS about how your on a different scale.

Upon arrival for a check up on the vehicle I was charged 200$
Never I have been at a check up at any Honda location where they have done that. Additionally when they were able to figure out what was wrong with my car when I started asking General questions Alex was extremely condescending and rude. Once I started asking questions about pricing the attitude change was quick. He gestured over to a "manager" named Arbenz who was also extremely condescending. I do sales for a living in finances and I would never do business with either of those gentlemen. They had commission breath and did not come off like they genuinely wanted to assist. For the managers reading this I'd recommend training. Very poor representation. Ironically I was texting the sales team about upgrading my vehicle bc I'm driving more. I will NOT be doing business at HB Honda
