On 05/16/26 I brought my 2024 RAV4 (Invoice #1051972) for the 35K service. Immediately after, my LTA and Pre-Collision System showed malfunction warnings. When I reported it, the lights temporarily cleared on restart so the dealer dismissed me. The lights came back immediately while driving so I returned on my own. I was told it would take many hours for a full diagnostic. I was called to pick up the car only 2 hours later. The warning lights were cleared but the systems are still completely non-functional — Lane Center Assist, Lane Departure Alert, and Pre-Collision Brake are all inoperable. I have filed a complaint with Toyota Corporate (Reference #****-****-xxxx26). I expect a proper repair Thursday when I return from my trip.

I came in to get my wheel alignment and Clayton was working and he was so graciously to help me with the service also along that my headlights were out and I was still covered under my extended warranty and he had taken care of that for me, I was very impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness great employee 10 stars plus!!!

Each time I have had windshield glass repair. I have been told that the glass guys would be there when I arrive. I have been lied to 3 times. I’m getting tired of being told they will be there and then waiting for hours. It would be better if they told me the truth, that the guys don’t really have a schedule and they come when they want to come and I am at the Mercy. At least then I would know what to expect.

I took my car for an oil change on a hectic Saturday morning. Let me just say this; going to get the oil change was not what I expected. I was going in expecting the worse wait time and a full house and instead it was a full house, I didn’t wait a long time and had other services done on my vehicle without waiting as long as my mind imagined. I gotta hand it to the advisor I got. Miguel Cabrera, I got to hand it to you boss, I don’t know your patience tolerance but I would of ran far from your job, but you are definitely the man cut out for the job. Thank you for outstanding customer service, thank you for a job well done, thank you for being kind, collected, amazing service and always smiling. Saturday was just not the shiz sir, but you handle things extremely good.

Ruben was fantastic, I called and had some questions and I know how busy you guys get over there will Ruben took the time to call me back which I didn't expect was going to happen. It is very informative about what had to be done and was not pressuring he let me make the final decision. So I want to thank you for having a great employee like Ruben. I have two Hondas so I should be back again very soon. Thanks again for everything
