Miguel Cabrera is an excellent Service Advisor.

The service advisor Joseph wasn’t the friendliest. At the beginning he wasn’t really talkative and when I mentioned to him that I hadn’t been to this particular location in a while and I was still talking, he cut me off and asked if I was going to be dropping off or waiting. This guy doesn’t care about customer service. Shortly after this, I was regretting coming back to Norm reeves Cerritos because of the way I was treated. Honda world is seriously 2.6 miles away from my house and I could have gone there instead of driving 8.6 miles to norm reeves Cerritos for my car service where I had the WORST service advisor. When I received the text message that my vehicle was ready, I walked out and joseph was no where to be found.. Luckily a KIND service advisor named Trevor Rodriguez noticed me standing around waiting for my advisor and since he didn’t see him either, he decided to assist me. TREVOR was THE KINDEST advisor. Trevor has the best customer service I’ve ever received at any dealership. He helped me out and I was on my way out & as I was leaving, I walked past my original advisor Joseph not doing anything in his little podium. I’m happy Trevor saved the day by being a kind soul! :)

Although, there was a rough start and the other employee was extremely disrespectful and rude, I can not commed you enough on your customer service skills. You handled everything with professionalism and kindness. You were able to bring me back to center despite the hiccup. You made sure my concerns were addressed and resolved in a prompt manner. I am not satisfied with the outcome of the service conducted on May 8, 2026. It has been by far the worst experience with the service department at the Cerritos Honda location. I will file a complaint for the inconvenience I experienced.

Your coupons are deceiving. They say 1 thing but when you get there, your given some BS about how your on a different scale. Service was great though.
