Brenden Pedrotti is a great service advisor. He kept me updated throughout the day on my cars service and took the time to explain what was recommended. Norm Reeves Honda service department is the best!

Joseph Vargas was polite and very professional in the way he spoke to me. Very respectful. He is bilingual and I was able to be understood and treated with a warm smile and his tone of voice sounded like a kind and respectful man. He even took pictures of the interior of my car. To make sure I wasn't forgetting extra belongings underneath the car sit. He allowed me to borrow his phone charger since my phones battery was low. He made me feel like family.
