Q was awesome. Super helpful and fast. I appreciated not being charged as nothing had to be done but most dealerships wouldn’t do that. Good guys. I didn’t expect that and am grateful. I’ll definitely be back to this particular dealership when necessary. She’s an old girl so it’ll be soon.

I called my service advisor after picking up my vehicle while driving home and left a message for the service advisor to call me back and he did not I should have known from previous experience that I had with Norm Reeves which caused me to stop taking my Honda vehicles there due to poor service in the past and decided to give it one more shot but regret doing so. I have come to the conclusion not to bring my vehicles in for service there anymore. As an example I had new tires installed and no one bothered to clean the grease along the edges of my rims. What a mess! Valve stem caps were missing. Alignment was supposedly performed but there was no data on what the specs were before and after the alignment. Have doubt that I paid for something that may have not been performed. If no data can be provided I expect to receive a refund. Note to dealership: there are other options for servicing my vehicles and this dealership should focus more on customer satisfaction

Eduardo shows exemplary customer service. He was constantly professional, extremely knowledgeable and asked open ended questions. When I described a few items, he wrote notes and followed up with answers that were logical and a sound. He has been my best service adviser experience at this dealership and I have already recommended him to professional construction companies who only purchased Ford products for thier crew. Car dropped off at 7:15 exactly as our appointment, issue explained clearly with tire issue and 60000 miles service is requested. From 8 am to 3 pm no update at all. Text, calls and voicemail were called to ask any update. At 3 we had to go check what is happening! No one is communicating with us. 3 pm, car had been Parked out. They had to wait 30 more minutes to check the status. The guy came back your car is fine just need tire balance and will be $230. Will take 30 minutes. Glad I talked to the manager and he stepped in. Worst service, they had the car from 7:45 am to 4:10 pm for one tire balance.

Dylan was amazing, but the wait was not! I was told since a brand new car w/an appointment should be fast, original time I was told was 2-3hrs, but done w/i 1.5hrs — thank you!!
