George Juarez is hands down one of the best service representatives I’ve worked with. This is my second time working with him, and once again he exceeded my expectations. My son called the Service Department on Saturday, May 16, and spoke with a representative to confirm the price to replace the front and rear oxygen sensors on my HR-V. To ensure the right quote was given, he even provided the VIN number. He was told the cost to replace the front sensor would be $534 and he was told the part could even be covered under warranty. As a result, my son made an appointment for me to visit Robert on Tuesday the following week to replace the sensor. When I visited Tuesday, Robert told me the cost would be $681 and that he said it was a different part that needed to be replaced. When I showed my son the work order, it confirmed A/F sensor needed to be replaced, which is the front oxygen sensor. Robert only offered to reduce the price to $600, which remained well above the cost previously communicated. It wasn’t until my son called Robert that he admitted an “error” occurred between he and the parts department. My son feels like this is a simple case of me being taken advantage of given my age and knowledge of cars. Fortunately, my son was available to call Robert during his busy day at work to keep me from paying more than I should have. My son would have asked why the part wasn’t covered under warranty but he didn’t have time. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to your dealership for future repair and my son may contact Honda of North America about my experience.

Genero was very amiable and has a very gentle demeanor which I guess makes it more palatable to shell out money when paying for the services. Hahaha! But for real, he's a really nice guy.

Brandy helped us today and she was very knowledgeable & informative, she explained everything and prioritized what was needed for our CRV. I love coming here, I never feel pressured and everyone is so helpful. John the service manager has hired a great team of people! I would highly recommend Norm Reeves dealership to anyone!

This was a horrible experience.this dealership had my Suv for 5 weeks,was told it would be 2 or less. Not given a full estimate,was told $500. It totaled over $700. My truck was held for a week without be diagnosed. I had to call several times for an update.Jesus could use some customer service training. Would never come back.Why set an appointment for 8:15 am only for my truck to sit for a week before being diagnosed for a instrument cluster that takes 1 day to diagnose. I want the world to know how this dealership handled this situation.
