An issue that had taken a month to resolve with my car, Jessica was able to assist with a solution.Shortly after speaking with her and a sales representative name Michael, I went to verify if my EV would charge at a public station, and it worked! Thank you both for your assistance! Your support has saved me from driving once a week to Chula Vista to charge my vehicle when I reside in La Mesa. Thank you!

I brought my 2025 carry in due to a screw in the left front tire. Your service rep said the tire wasn't repairable and your store didn't have a tire in stock but I can go to Discount tire for a tire. I went to Discount tire store and the rep stated the tire is repairable due to the screw wasn't in the side wall
They repaired it at no cost. That saved me from spend money and labor for a new tire
