I always have a great experience in car services and decision making when the advisor Leo assists me. I debated on not going back to the location because the manager is so rude and didn't help with a situation, but elevated it. I went after and Leo gave excellent guest service and makes sure I am fully aware of what everything is. He goes above and beyond

The service requested (aftermarket alarm diagnostic testing) to source the frequent non-starting and alarm issues was not performed. Thus requested service has to be performed at another service appointment which is inconvenient.
