As a loyal customer I felt unappreciated. Asking for a discount felt like I was offending the service advisor. She was approachable and even questioned why I would ask for a discount. It was not expected from a service advisor.

I always have a great experience in car services and decision making when the advisor Leo assists me. I debated on not going back to the location because the manager is so rude and didn't help with a situation, but elevated it. I went after and Leo gave excellent guest service and makes sure I am fully aware of what everything is. He goes above and beyond
