Super grateful for the staff at Cerritos Lincoln, especially Eduardo Millan. His attention to detail with my vehicle has ALWAYS been exceptional. He’s always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that everything is taken care of, and I walk away completely satisfied and without worry. You tried to charge me $80 for.s cabin filter even though when I purchased my vehicle the terms clearly stated that all scheduled maintenance for 25k miles was included in the purchase price. My representative was rude and condescending claiming that the cabin air filter isn’t considered scheduled maintenance. In addition they tried to charge labor to place a cabin filter after they already opened the filter and inspected it. This is an unethical practice.

Thank you for double checking the air-conditioning system and since my car is 10 years old, I was worried that it would be more costly than to get a new car. It was costly to get it repaired, but you did give us a nice discount and my air-conditioning felt really good when I got in the car to drive it home. Thank you so much for your good service. We’ve been a customer of yours for probably 20 years!!

My sales rep came out to tell me he was going to lunch amd someone would be right with. I had an appointment scheduled for 12:20. I sat in the drive up for 25 mins before someone came to help me. The gentelman that came to help me was super helpful. I did explain that i was kind of frustraided with the wait and explained I was in kind of an hurry. I for got his name. But he definitely went out of his way to make sure I was taking care of. I appreciate him doing that. He made my experience a lot better.
