Everything took much longer than hoped for, but that was because an additional part was needed. Also appreciated that I was made aware that my key was failing. Will buy a new one soon.
Having the free shuttle to and from the nearby shopping center is wonderful. Norm Reeves waiting area is very comfortable.
All service employees were so helpful.

This was NOT my first visit to Norm Reeves Service Center in Cerritos CA but like times before the service Team members were all very friendly and professional...I appreciate how they personalize each visit by identifying me by my name...good customer service!

The lady who helped me was unprofessional. Disappointed in the quality of service given by her. I had to contact her to get an update on my car at 3 pm and I did not appreciate the lack of customer service. Once again disappointed in this dealership, won’t be coming back unless there’s another recall in my car.

One word: outstanding. I could not ask for any more, the whole team goes way above and beyond to deliver the best outcome for the job order requested. Shoutout to Jonathan and Jessica for being so excellent at their customer service skills. They all definitely need a raise.

I’m very happy with the results. My car is running smooth as ever. Ramblino helped me and kept me informed letting me know my car was fine the technicians found no issues whatsoever and it makes me very happy knowing this outcome . Thank you Ramblino and the technicians who work on my car.
