Norm Reeves called me to schedule an appointment which I did a week ago. It was the first routine maintenance for my new car. Though I had an appointment, it still took over two hours to complete the service. I was waiting for it to be finished at the dealership and had to reschedule my next appointment.

Every time I take my car to your facility, it comes back with a door ding. Two service appointments, 2 door dings. Always something, your employees cannot be trusted.

Terrible From start to finish. We dropped the car off the night before and left the key in the overnight box. Got a text at 11 AM telling us we had missed the appointment. I spent an hour and a half trying to talk to someone. I got disconnected. Left messages, which were never returned and finally started pushing random buttons and talked to someone in your DMV office who was able to connect me to a real person. Denise lovingly took over and did a good job, however, no one told me you were charging $215 to diagnose what was wrong. I was happy to pay a diagnosis fee, but did not have that much money. She let me know after it was already done and lovingly took the charge off, however, that should never have happened. We have purchased four cars at your dealership and currently have four cars all Toyotas that we all have serviced at your service center. The experience of not being able to connect with a person was so bad. I am not sure I will ever be back. You need to do much much better.

Trevor Rodriguez provided excellent service. He was extremely communicative and patient. Trevor definitely exceeded our expectations and I will definitely recommend him as a service advisor.

Please no more surveys. It makes me feel like homework assignments. Why doesn’t Norm Reeves hire professional staff who are able to research the information you are seeking from your customers without asking us to do that job for you?

Hannah was personable, professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer care. She explained the process for my car’s repair and kept me informed of the progress. Next time I bring my car in I hope to work with Hannah. Hannah is a great representative for Norm Reeves.

Car was held over 24 hours, then advised that the part is not in stock and will be in stock by Tuesday . After inquiring with Honda customer service, the service department advised the customer service representative that the car was never diagnosed and therefore the part was never ordered to repair the car.
