Pablo was very helpful with my service. I had just had my purse stolen and all of my keys were taken. Pablo was sympathetic to my situation and was able to get me two new keys and had them reprogrammed.

The last two times I’ve brought my car in for service my car has smelled I overwhelmingly like perfume or cologne. Today it occurred to me that the service team is adding a scent to my vent system which I was not asked if that’s ok. It is not. I’m extremely sensitive to scents. Today’s scent smells like someone’s grandma’s talcum powder. It’s gross.

Mr. Beck was very thorough and patient in explaining my questions and doubts regarding the inspection. He provided exceptional customer service. I feel very confident in returning and receiving services from Honda superstore vista and also recommending him to others.

rude customer service (brenda), bad service for the price, next time we will go to another branch. And your appts shouldn’t be called appts. they should be called walk ins. I will call tomorrow and follow up and escalate. I bought my first brand new car with you guys. my experience from day one was so horrible I don’t have words
