Half way home after picking the car up, the lights on the dash board came back on.

Service tech initially let me know diagnostics would take all, it did. My service needs were covered by my warranty coverage and a needed replacement part was ordered. Follow-up to be when part is received and replaced.

Mr Q was very nice and professional. He told me before he was about to leave that someone would be taking over for him and would let me know when my car was done. I waited over 30 minutes after my car was done but I could have waited longer had I not asked about my car. I was not notified via text or my name called from the waiting room. I just want to address the lack of communication as this has happened several times to me.

Joseph did an amazing job and helped manage a lot of the hiccups we had along the way to getting my car fixed and returned. He’s super personable and makes the customer a priority and treating them as he would his own family or friends. My experience at Honda wouldn’t have been the same I believe if Joseph wasn’t there to help along the the way, so thank you Joseph!
