Today (1/23/2026), around 11:55am at your car repair/service place, my husband was told that the problem with my car had been fixed, so my husband drove home. However, when I was drove between 3:30pm and 4:00pm, the same problem occurred again. In this case, what should I do?

Today, 1/23/2025, I came in for my routine maintenance appointment at 9am. I arrived exactly at 9. I sat in my car until 9:28 before anyone even came to ask why I was there. Got checked in. I told the technician, my phone was not working and he said he would come and get me as soon as the car was serviced which he estimated to be 2 hours. I waited for 3 hours and finally got up and went looking for the technician at 12:30. I couldn’t find him, so I went looking for my car and found it. I spoke to another technician who helped me find mine. When I told him who I was he said, “0h, yeah.” I signed the paperwork and it said the work had been completed at 11:30. He must have forgotten I didn’t have a phone and didn’t come to find me. When I got my phone fixed, I looked at it and the routine text said the car was ready at 11:30. I realize it is not common for someone to not have a phone, but it does happen. At least a notation should be made somewhere so a client isn’t wait an additional hour unnecessarily.

The cost of maintenance is very high so I can only do what is affordable at this time

if anyone actually reads this, feel free to call me at ****-****-xxxx they couldn't even fill my windshield wiper fluid. the one consistent factor from my last two service visits at norm reeves hyundai superstore is that my windshield was not refilled although i was charged 4.21 for said service. again, feel free to call me if anyone actually reads or cares
