First of all, I was very disappointed that my oil pan screw was stripped. Appreciated that you repaired what you guys broke, but the communication was not good between my service associate and me. He sent me messages but was not good about answering my messages. Car was supposed to be finished by four then pushed to five and still wasn’t ready until almost 6 o’clock.
Also very disappointed with the service that was given to my partner recently. When he brought his car in for an estimate, they charge $200 for an estimate however they had no idea or gave no indication of what was actually wrong with the vehicle just said that it would be $2900 to further investigat. We were able to have the car repaired for $1300 at El Cajon Toyota within two days time.
The only reason I’ll be returning to Norman Reeves is to finish my oil change package. Once that is used, I will be going to El Cajon Toyota.
