When I dropped off my vehicle, my original advisor made me aware that it might be in service for 3 days. In all, my vehicle was there 11 days.
My advisor let me know a couple days later that he’d be going on vacation and that someone else would be my advisor. That advisor didn’t make me aware of what the diagnostic on my vehicle showed until 7 days later and that was because I called and texted repeatedly until I was able to get a hold of someone.
Once I was finally able to get my car back I noticed sticky residue on my center console.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of communication I received over the 11 days.
I will be asking for some sort of compensation.

Jason has always provided the friendliest and most professional service. Jason is the reason we come to and recommend HB even if we can do the work ourselves and even if we have to drive 1 hr from home. Over the years Jason has always provided sound advice and we trust all our Hondas with him.

Anthony Sanchez provided phenomenal customer service. He explained everything that had to do with my vehicle with detail easy for me to understand. Was very courteous, helpful, and respectful. Definitely asking for him for my next vehicle service request. Highly recommend him for help with any service needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Robert was a great help I made appointment at 1 with someone and they literally left to lunch as soon as I got there so Robert had to go out his way and help me because one of your employees didn’t calculate there lunch with there appointments but otherwise good experience

I feel the delay on finding out status of what was covered with my warranty took an extended amount of time. Some of my initial concerns to find out what was covered weren’t even addressed within the claim. It took more time to find out nothing was covered with warranty for a period of 4 weeks without having my vehicle. Only to pick up my car with the censors still showing there was only 30% of oil and a sealed oil pain.
