I recently had service done to my vehicle on Jan 23 I requested to Fernando Bretado that I needed an oil change and tire rotation. The tire rotation was not completed. I spoke with Fernando who told me I needed new tires. I am scheduled to return my lease this year and see no reason to purchase new tires at this time. I paid for a service that wasn’t done.

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and fluid check. I was told that I urgently needed to get my transmission fluid changed. I thought that if it was “urgent” that I should have it done. When I picked up the car I asked how often transmission fluid needs to be changed. The answer was every 30,000 miles. I believe the “urgent change” recommendation was based on my 38,000 miles on the car, not from actually inspecting the fluid. My transmission fluid was changed at 29,000 miles by Scott Robinson Honda. I no longer feel that I can trust the inspection/recommendation given by Norm Reeves. Even though I live closer to Norm Reeves, I will be going back to Scott Robinson Honda.

Thanh is the best Service Adviser I have ever had! It is the kind of service he provides that keeps me coming back to Norm Reeves Honda and why I continue to request him to be my Service Adviser. He is friendly, treats every customer as a special person, goes over and above explaining what service your car needs, he knows your car, gets the car ready when promised. I feel confident that my car is safe for me to drive after service. He is amazing!!!
