Edward was great and easy to talk to. He answered my questions very well.
I appreciate Norm Reeves is showing me pictures of issues needing to be addressed.
Had to return today to have the tires returned to their previous location due to some shimmying caused due to tire wear.

Was thoroughly impressed with Brenden’s prompt responses and communication throughout the service/repair process. Likewise was impressed with how quickly what I considered quite a bit of work (labor) was completed. Overall a really good first experience with Brenden & Norm Reeves Honda.

I have a couple of videos that show white smog coming from the exhaust once the car starts. Happens usually in the morning when the car is first turned on but can happen throughout the day depending on how long the cars been off.

Valerie was a tremendous help throughout my entire situation. She was extremely thorough and made sure I was well taken care of every step of the way. She truly made the entire experience efficient and stress-free. With three young kids involved in sports, you can imagine how much that meant to our family.
